Shipping

Orders will be processed by Pairett's Boutique within 3-5 business days excluding holidays. Orders that are received after 5pm will be processed the next business day. We will make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Shipments may take longer to arrive due to the peak time of the holiday season. Please excuse any delays that may occur with receiving your packages that are shipped by the carriers. Depending on the carrier packages may take a little longer to arrive. We only ship domestic. An email notification will be sent out when your order has been shipped, please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns and Refunds

Pairett's Boutique has a no refund policy, but consumers may exchange, exchangeable items only.  Exchangeable items may only be exchanged within 5 business days of purchase or receiving the item(s). We have a 5-business day exchange policy, which means you have 5 business days after receiving your item(s) by mail or by making an in-person purchase either from the online store or in person at a location to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If no proof of purchase is provided or found the value price of the exchange will be given at the current rate of the item(s).

No Gift cards will be refunded, or exchange and no cash back will be given for gift cards.


To start an exchange within 5 business days, you can contact us at pairettsboutique@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like intimate item(s), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns for Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified about your exchange. 

Final Sale Policy

Any items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
